Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master tailors inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
